The Vancouver Island Chapter needs a dynamic, collaborative, and educationally-minded member to coordinate educational offerings for the Greater Victoria area.

Because I live in Portland I can’t be your volunteer coordinator, but I can offer to make a presentation (or two) to your group. I am planning an Inside Passage trip this year on my boat and will be spending a fair bit of time in your area. I have three or four presentations ready in my laptop now (leftovers from Seattle Boat Show gigs that I no longer give) so if you need a speaker (at no charge for short 45 minutes to 90 minutes) give me a call. I also have longer *courses* I can give (4 hours) that I charge $ for. My phone is 503.358.5102. Coincidence: I will arrive Victoria tomorrow (Monday) on the Coho for one night, then to Tofino for two nights, then one night in Nanaimo, back to US on the Coho on Friday afternoon in case you want to follow up.
