On Tuesday, October 6, BCA members, Pam and Ted Simper, will present a travelogue about their 2014 passage to and through the amazing Marquesas, Tuamotus and Society Islands of French Polynesia. They hope to entice Dreamers and Doers to venture further afield and bring back wonderful memories for the Doners who once cruised in that part of the South Pacific. In addition, as a follow-up to their presentation in 2013 about “Preparing a Boat for Long Distance Cruising”, Pam and Ted will look back at how well those preparations worked out for them after 11,000 nm.
