On January 13th, two representatives from Western Financial Group talked to Fleet about offshore boat insurance and travel/medical insurance. Debra Fitzsimmons provided information to members about coverage, eligibility, exclusions and costs for medical insurance. Vera Young talked about the application process and information necessary for a quote for offshore boat insurance, what is and isn’t covered, and gave examples of costs. Both listened carefully to concerns expressed by participants and responded to many questions.
At the following Fleet meeting on January 27th, Jon Morgan of Canadian Energy provided information about types of batteries, battery testing and monitoring, and solar panels.
