Diesel Maintenance Course

Ben Gartside of Gartside Marine is offering a two day workshop on diesel engines. Classroom work will be held at Sidney North Saanich Yacht Club each morning, with practical demonstrations at the Gartside Marine workshop on Harbour Road in Sidney each afternoon.

Topics include:

• regular maintenance requirements
• cooling system
• exhaust and ventilation
• fuel system
• electrical system
• transmission
• stern gear
