Diesel Engine Maintenance & Servicing

Join Ben Gartside for a two-day workshop on marine diesel engine maintenance and servicing. The workshop will address key systems- including cooling, exhaust and ventilation, fuel, electrical, transmission, and stern gear-along with regular maintenance requirements. Mornings will feature classroom instruction, while afternoons will provide hands-on demonstrations at the Gartside Marine Workshop in Sidney.

Instructor Ben Gartside, President of Gartside Marine Engines, brings a lifetime of experience as a mechanical technician specializing in small marine diesel engines and inboard installations for pleasure craft and light commercial vessels.
