All BCA members are invited to the annual May Rendezvous, hosted by the Vancouver Island Chapter, at Telegraph Harbour Marina and Resort, located on the traditional lands of the Spune’luxutth First Nation.
Rendezvous registration is now open. The registration fee is $20.00 per person. This fee covers two continental breakfasts (Sunday and Monday), activity expenses and incidentals. Due to BCA having to prepay some expenses and PayPal administration costs, no refund is available on the registration fee.
Sunday Dinner: Back by popular demand is the optional Sunday Dinner, food provided by Invitation Indian Cuisine. The cost is $30.00 per person. Prepayment is made online, at the time of registration. Refunds for the dinner will be issued up to May 10, less a 15% cancellation fee to cover PayPal/administration costs. No cancellation refunds after May 10.
Please note you must be logged in to the BCA website to register for this event. Please ensure you select either the event only ticket or the event plus dinner ticket, based on your preferences.
Reserve Your Moorage at: http://telegraphharbour.com/. Be sure to indicate that you are with the BCA Rendezvous. Reserve early to avoid being put on a waiting list. If all available dock space at Telegraph Harbour Marina is taken try Thetis Island Marina, as it is a short dinghy ride away. Please note:
- There is very limited anchorage available in Telegraph Harbour.
- Access from the large Clam Bay anchorage is restricted, due to inadequate depth in “The Cut” during the lower part of each tide.
